Return Eligibility

You may request a return for any item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is significantly different from its description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • All accessories and documentation must be included

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the item and any damage or issue

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Window

Once approved, you must return the item within 5 business days of receiving the return instructions. Late returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund confirmation will be sent to you via email

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item

  • As we only accept cash on delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items without original packaging and accessories

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange requests must follow the same 7-day time frame and return process.
